Only good for scrapmetal, modules, and ammo? I.E. does not work on ore?

Its everything I guess.

Reprocessing waste can be read 2 ways, the waste of reprocessing or the reprocessing of waste.

RX-04 is for rocks (i.e. it reduces waste during reprocessing).

The only thing that affects modules/ships/etc. is the Scrapmetal Reprocessing skill.

Very confusing then as its actually only for refining, but called 'reprocessing'.

This is because CCP renamed all Refining skills "Reprocessing" with the latest industry changes. I know, it makes no sense because you're not reprocessing raw ore, you're processing it. But, such is life.

It says it does when you hover over the item in the reprocess window.
However, it does not use it as I have confirmed it as per my post:

I believe in being Pro-Active as Opposed to Reactive. Reactive tends to be more costly in time and money.
