Am i allowed to bring enough small arms to supply a entire army along with enough explosives to re open the EVE gate?


I only bring such items so i have protection from the many scoundrels in this universe

You don't need to have whole supply of arms to kill someone. Just one direct shot from a handgun can solve all the problems. For example, I carry always just a couple of handguns and don't mark it, unless someone would directly ask to remove them.
Well... maybe a bit more than a couple, but lets not get into details, okay?

Besides, I consider myself a weapon even unarmed, so if you will ever need a protection in a gun-free territory, call me!

But most of the time I never intend to use weapons I carry, and I just put them on as an addition to uniform as expected from an officer. For official and casual meetings in proper atmosphere, I even wear legal high-tech guns, that are protected from firing in stations.

Not like I wear illegal guns a lot, but lets not get into details, okay?

Anslo is correct. I have a highly trained security staff as well as weapons' scanners. Patrons should feel very safe while visiting.

Are peaceful Amarrian missionaries allowed to teach the Word of God to those who would hear it?

I can personally assure you that they will not disturb the peace unless threatened by those attempting to physically harm them.

As I said, I have no political or religious leanings, nor would I have them unwillingly imposed on people. Come to socialize and have a good time, not to spread the word of a deity. If that is your idea of a good time, however, might I suggest a religious venue instead.
