Support Ticket System should show which tickets have unread messages

I know there's a sort by last updated option, but on occasion I've had a number of current open tickets, and I noted the strange deviation from the standard threaded (or otherwise) messaging system. It should just be consistent, like bolding the lines in the "My Support Tickets" window.
