It's time! I'm opening the doors to a few applicants to join my own personal corp. Until now, Elusive Dilemma has been a 1 man corp for solo/multibox pvp. I'm looking to integrate several experienced pvp'ers and build up a semi-elite leadership group. You don't need to have any ambitions about fc'ing or leading, but you should be comfortable with eve with a desire to be part of a group you can take pride in.

Elusive Dilemma
✠ Organized fits, strategy, and commitment to quality.
✠ Mature/Respectful Attitude - Honor isn't dead.
✠ ADD FC/CEO - You aren't going to run the same **** over and over.
✠ Experienced but open minded leadership. We don't have to agree, but your idea's will be heard.
✠ Self accountability. From the top to the bottom, we admit mistakes, figure things out, and constantly improve.
✠ Fleets most every day.
✠ We pvp for the challenge, not the stats. We strive for success, but do not shy away from the difficult or chance of failure.
✠ US or EU TZ. I am gone in the crossover between these two quite often, but my schedule is random and I can mix well with both TZ's.

What we want (Minimums) -
~ 20mil SP or more (Or good use of alts) - You need the ability to take care of yourself.
~ PvP Experience in a broad sense. Should know PvP Vocabulary, ships, weapons, general situations, etc.
~ Self Sufficient - be it soloing, battlefield, pve, pron, or otherwise. You need to be able to keep yourself happy and productive.

Our corp is a member of Drop the Hammer, an alliance in NPC stain, with a great pocket to call home. The sky is the limit. We are setup to be leaders in the alliance and coalition if that's our goal, which it is. I am looking for people who I can build a solid team of pvp leadership around. We are going to lead by example and be the catalyst behind this alliance's success. Small gang, harassment, disruption, and auxiliary roles are my primary focus, and the corp will always try to be involved in those ways, rather than the main blob.

I want more! Are you up for a challenge, do you want to be part of a core group that is going places? This is your chance. We are the perfect mix of laid back but never content with mediocrity. We might give each other a playful jab now and then, but this is not a corp for trolls and arrogance.

Gaining more members. Looking for the last few dudes to really make us a solid group. Then it all gets drastically easier. Do you want to be part of something great? There are very few situations as good as ours to give you hope that we will reach our potential.

Continuing the push. Be one of the last few before we focus on melding together. :-)

Bumpity. Had some fun BLOPS kills yesterday. Recruiting stretch continues, the next 2-3 guys will drastically alter activity levels. And until then, ally is fun to hang with, so you won't be lonely.
