All miners are bots, some just don't know it yet..

Actually, as a part time miner I HATE bots. The only problem is.... I haven't found a reliable way to ID a bot. I don't run with that crowd so I've never learned. Anyone who wants to give me the information how to POSITIVELY ID a bot would be very welcome.

NOTE: My personal experience of mining in Hulks it that gankers could care less about bots they just love beating up stuff that doesn't fight back...like all the bullies in grade school.

Big smile

I ve decided to start following and peacefully harasasing them by bumping them out of range sending them a message stating that they will be reported if they dont say what kind of ship im in then if ive decided they are a bot i report them and ive tried once to gank one... (all i had was a unneeded moa) maybe once i finish training into minnie ships

Oh, Do go on... no seriously ive got nothing better to do then listen to all the petty arguments and feeble trolling attempts...

The sad thing is i'm not sure if i'm telling the truth.

Whatever floats your boat....
Suppose suicide ganking miners can be considered fun for some people.

To my knowledge, it is NOT an exploit to temporarily elude CONCORD so long as you eventually die to them as a result of your actions

I've once seen something pretty hilarious.

Was sitting at a station and a flashy red thrasher was warping in, right next to a frigate,
igniting smartbombs ... warping off again ... ... warping back in again ... etc.

Hilariously, the frigate didn't pop ... and as the loyal player who i am,
have petitioned him because i suspected he evaded CONCORD.

Did so simply because i didn't see him getting popped by them.

The reply, which came within the next ten minutes, stated that he gets CONCORDed,
actually quite often *gg* and he lost quite a bunch of ships already.

So, yes, you're free to move around for a bit, as long as they still pop you.

I recently flubbed a thrasher gank on a pod while I had gcc, and madly warped to every stargate in the system trying to find a pod before CONCORD caught me. Managed to check four different gates and finally got one - it's definitely possible but only in a small ship since you've got six seconds to land and fire, or land, look, and warp out.

it's doable in bigger ships but you really need a warpin in advance or else the space police will get you.

Question to some of the experienced -10 sec suicide gankers here, is it possible to use a catalyst or thorax for -10 suiciding or can they not survive long enough to warp to an alt from a station on top of a target?

Apparently they are small enough to sig-tank the police, so your catalyst/thrasher can land, orbit at 500, kill pod/shuttle/retriever/covetor and then get killed by concord.

I have been using a thorax nearly exclusively since the patch, it can easily survive the police long enough to finish a gank.
