Launcher stuck at "(1/4): Validating Client: 100.0%"

I already found a temporary fix, which is to run the EVE client directly from the bin folder and just run the repairer everytime there's a patch.

But as we all know, this is really inefficient, time-consuming, and not the way it was supposed to be done, as evidenced by lack of some features such as the New Eden Store. Through research, I've been informed that there is a way to fix this, and that's by re-downloading the client without having to re-install the game or any of the recent patches. Problem is, I have no idea where to download the up-to-date version of the client and I have no assurance if this will, in fact, fix my issue and not just have me re-install the whole game. So is there a way to fix this issue so that I can use the launcher again, as CCP intended?


Additional information:
When I close the launcher every time this occurs (which is every time), I get the window that says "Errors occurred," which comes with the following information:
