So I like to use drones, but about 80% of the time my drones don't automatically engage when I'm attacked by rats and such, they will be orbiting me non-engaged as I'm slowly dying cause I have to lock the target and manually engage the enemy. Yes they are set to aggressive. But having them work properly is like a 1 in 10 chance.

Anyone know what's wrong???

Are your drones out in space before you're aggressed?

A few things. Some are related, some not.

* like Zero said, drones need to be out in space before rats start targeting you

* set drones on aggressive, focus fire, attack and follow

* check your drone range, if you got some pidly 20 or 25 km drone range, that is ok... but drones are not going to attack any rats/towers that are 30 or more km away

* launch drones, then use tp to get rat agro
