Giving away pocos that are about to die

Hey,

I find the mechanic of being able to give away Pocos to someone else when they are about to die.. well.. stupid? Especially since you can't prevent them from being given to your corporation. You just wake up one morning and see that someone killed some Pocos of your corporation that you never owned. Except for maybe five minutes before it died.

Are there any plans on fixing this? Here are a couple of suggestions:

1.) Pocos change ownership through contracts.
This even enables better ways of trading them, you could sell a lucrative Poco on a planet for money, things like that.

2.) The Corporation that the Poco is being given to has to accept the trade. The directors get a notification that there's a POCO given to the corporation with the info of who it is from and where it is (System / Planet) and they have 24 hours to accept it or it is declined automatically. Similar to how you have to accept new recruits.
