Enyo fit for low-level combat anomalies?

Together with a friend, I'm moving into a lowsec area where I've been exploring for a while anyway. I like smaller, agile, fast ships a lot, and thus I figured I'd use an Assault Frigate (An Enyo) to do combat sites. Gallente is the only frigate skill I have at 5, so it has to be one of theirs. I'm no fitting wizard, however. I'd like some feedback on what I came up with, and what sorts of complexes you think it can handle.

I'm finding a fair amount of ports, rally points and yards. These have battlecruiser rats and lower, with the port having battleships. Could an Enyo deal with those, or should I really be looking at a Cruiser?

This fit requires a 3% power implant unless you have hyrbid rigs or AWU trained to 5.

The cloak will effect your lock time lengthening your time exposed and is not really necessary if you are careful, best to not use it, create safes and just spam d-scan if you need to hide.

The cap mod is unnecessary as I didn't need it with an MWD (less cap than ab fit), just pulse repairer and MWD as necessary, better to have a scram in case you get caught so you have a chance of fighting back.

MWD will get you under the big ships guns quicker than AB as well as give you more speed for getting away if you get jumped (assuming you're not scrammed).

AFs have strong resistance profiles to their natural enemies so Enyo is best used for Serp anomalies. If you are running anomalies from other pirates you may want to consider dropping a magstab and fitting a specific resistance plating for the enemy.

If you are going to use both rigs as hybrid mods you get more dps if you use a collision accelerator and a burst aerator.

The faction ammo is better for killing frigs and fast cruisers due to tracking issues with Void, carry some of that as well as Null as it is your only chance of hitting something that is trying to kite you just out of scram range.
