CCP Fleet Mobilizing?

At ease Capsuleers!

Last night it was reported that “Deep space surveillance networks picked up unusual high band electromagnetic activity during the last few days from the general direction of the 9RW5-Z constellation” and reliable sources have told us that this is not just a bit of background space radiation.

A few of us have heard that there will be a convoy of yet undetermined ship types transporting high value goods as well as protecting important CCP devs. We do not know the exact time the convoy will leave, but all signs point to this happening very soon.

CCP Tenitigo, CCP Paradox and I will be spying for more information around the office, see what else we can find out.

Edit1: This is happening today, time to start fitting your ships!

Edit2: Reports are coming in that the CCP Christmas caravan is mobilizing within the next hour and their destination seems to be somewhere in the Great Wildlands ! We strongly suggest you start gathering up your fleets and start heading in that direction!

Unfortunately, it’s been difficult obtaining information from around the office on those involved in the fleet. Everyone has been tight lipped about it all day.
But never fear! Tenitigo, Legion and I have tricked a few devs into a meeting and we'll try to find potential plans or locations. Stay tuned!

Just come out of the trick meeting, the event is happening TODAY. Supplies are being transported for the CCP corporation Christmas Party. I highly suggest if you want to crash it, you check out your ships and fittings and decide if you can afford to risk a conflict with the convoy. Keep this thread open...

I'm guessing they schedule the events for near the end of work day in Iceland. So even though I'd love them to happen when the US isn't at work, I understand, especially if it's on the dev's free time.

What will happen is same as last time:

lots of people will loose their ships and in the end some big ass Alliance like Pandemic Legion comes in and get all the nice loot.

so poor people will stay poor and already rich alliances get more.

Actually, I was in the first fleet on field and got a bunch of loot so... nope.
