Had nothing better to do, clicked, read... laughed at the part where a miner that does not warp away when observing an "agent" on scan is considered afk. The entire thing is quite amusing actually. I wonder how many people follow this "law" or even give a remote excrement. Yawn, oh well, off to a great Saturday.

PS: To quote a classic... This is where the law stops and I start.

Thanks so much guys! I'd say so far the response has been positive and constructive overall.

The reason this site came about is that the Code is geared towards miners very specifically and only vaguely covers other forms of bot-aspirancy. To an experienced agent who has read James' blog and his manifestos it is quite clear he despises all forms of it. I simply want to clarify his positions in a clear and concise form to 1) give new players and old ones alike the chance to live a compliant and righteous life safe from punishment and to 2) provide a source to cite when we have to continue vaporizing more trillions of isk of terrorist equipment.

I was about to X out but saw this and just wanted to let you know that you are doing 1) absolutely zero for new and old players alike and 2) are just promoting yet another site that hopes to see some idiot click the donate button. Put some ads on there or something - at least pay for the domain and hosting.

As we are a non-profit organization, I'll probably end up removing the Donate button. I think it gives the wrong impression, and has been the point of most criticism so far. Thanks for the input!

Replace the 'donate' with a 'disband' button and you'll get a page hit from me.

The frothing from bot-aspirants who have run into the New Order is to be expected, what surprises me is how many people get angry that these guys are having some fun with EVE instead of treating it as superseriousness. I cannot fathom this level of bitterness.

Many people envision us as sociopaths or sickos; if they came and listened in on comms during a freighter fleet or something (even during a fail gank!), they'd realize the lols and comradarie that comprise the lifeblood of our playtime.

Run several mining alts for a few hours per day, and all will become clear. Only then will you truly understand why the bot aspirants want to remove every modicum of fun from the game.

So you're going to suicide gank my Covetor if you find me mining in Sobaseki? What are you, Border Police?

Edit: You're enforcing a permit on everybody operating in highsec? You're going to kill every miner, PvE-er and hauler because they're not coughing up 10M ISK? How about NO? You can't force people to give you money just so they can mine in peace. That's f*cked up.
What I also find extremely stupid is that you robbed a capsuleer of 10 PLEX's because he doesn't have a stupid permit. Either you just cost him a lot of USD, or you made him commit suicide.
