Early signs of slow death or working as intended?

So the life span of local high sec mining anomilys is now becoming scary for the health of eve. In Lonetrek a mining anomly would normaly not last longer then 12 hours, however in the last few days they are lasting the whole of their life as they are not getting mined out, some are not getting mined at all.
So whats the reason?
1. The changes to industry/reprocessing are working as intended and miners have migrated to low/null sec?
2. The changes to industry/reprocessing are not working as intended and the miners have just given up?
3. Lonetrek historicaly had most bot miners, and there has been a increace in the ban rates?
4. Its summer and some miners have dicovered there is a life outside of eve?
5. Eve is dieing?
6. All of the above?

You missed that school is starting back up or is near that point so many may be shoving in extra vacation time before it hits.

Eve is dying because anomaly in one single system stayed a little longer than usual.
Yep, seems about right.

OP, I think you should gather more data on this. You should track all the anoms in Lonetrek and write down how long each one stays up. You should do this for a couple of months and then get back to us.

Even for tinfoil stuff, this is just bad.

Guys. If you're going to discuss eminent death, it's:

DYING

I knew we placed too much trust in those damn roids!

Very well then...

1. Self-destruct ship
2. Pod to alpha clone
3. Trash all assets
4. Transfer all ISK to BNI
5. Unsub

OP, before you decided to come on forums and bemoan the imminent death of EvE, show us on the doll where the bad ganker touched you. I mean, surely you're not so caught up in the orgiastic throes of being a carebear that you're complaining about having more rocks to point light beams at before you go back to the latest episode of wharever is popular on netflix.

They're probably sticking around because no one cares about Omber in Caldari space. Generally speaking, a "Large Kernite, Omber, Jaspet deposit" if you warp to it will be a cloud of omber asteroids, because everything else has already gotten hoovered up.

Also, yes, EVE is dying, because it's a computer program run by humans who will over time lose interest until no one plays this game anymore. But is it dying because people aren't mining omber?

Well, if you believe that, then I know this great guy in Jita who can double your ISK...

Its prolly a mix of things. More then likely is that before crius hit people stock piled ore, by reprocessing crap. Then people ae getting used to the new industry system so are using the stock piles they have, so not mining.

Or I could be pulling crap out of my ass and its nothing lol

But, I wasn't referring to a temporal event. I was referring to a famous death. One would have to assume the death of EVE would be a historical event - virtually speaking. Therefore, "eminent" rather than "imminent".

highsec anomolies don't get mined because omber and jaspet are utter garbage to mine.
