While I can't answer the question directly, I have heard of one guy who actually managed to get stuck in the sun.

Hence why he needed to get unstuck, yes.

But normally you are correct, it's fairly hilarious in fact. There are probably a few youtube videos of it around.

I would be very interested in knowing things like this. Makes for a good laugh.

I have only been stuck in the space between spaces... between two stargates. It was very dark in there. Sad
