so computers are not my strong suit but i keep hearing about lion and all these other things. could someone give me some input to hopefully get me playing eve faster other than getting a different computer

Im confused, your title indicates a different question that you're asking in the post. Do you mean you already have EvE and you just want it to run smoother?

Or are you simply trying to get it to work?
