Lost my Allaince (need blue responce)

So I'm in school really busy guy, I knew my corp was removing itself from my alliance soon(tm), however I asked my CEO before I last queued up my skills that he hold off until after the tournament was concluded to which he agreed.

I logged on just now to find my corp floating in the void outside of CVA.

Now I ask CCP since I was in CVA at the time of closing date for the tournament sign up and since I was in the tournament last year is it in the spirit of the rules that I simply rejoin a corp in CVA and no harm no fowl or am I screwed?

Since I have a history on this I hope I can help answer your question.

A few years ago I was a member of the We Form Voltron team. Our alliance executor one day decided to rage disband our alliance. This was like 3 weeks before the tourney was to start. We immediately asked CCP what we could do. They gratiously told us that if we reformed that day we could still be part of the tourney. So we did and we still enjoyed flying in the tourney.

I guess that was a long way of saying.... I assume they will let you join up with another corp in CVA and let you participate.


At least thats what they have done in the past with alliance / corp executors rage quitting and screwing their pilots.

Send in a petition to the community category with all the details of your situation so we have a proper paper trail, and we'll look into your case and see what we can do.

Fozzie, I sent a petition about a similar issue, but (probably) in the wrong category. Should I submit another one in the correct category, or will it find its way to you?

I've made a Support Ticket about my situation which is a somewhat similar matter, & haven't been replied to yet, and there is only what 7 days untill tournament? >.>

Okay CCP I understand that things are handled in order they are received but this is a bit time sensitive. All I need is a yes or no, can I or can I not rejoin a CVA corp and participate in the AT.

Please look again at my petition. Our case matches the rules for an exception pretty much exactly, and our match is in less than 24 hours.
