Didn´t found a place where this would be better placed.

All 3 Rank Upgrades for Outpost Upgrades are still having the old description including the German client.
Russion client not tested ^^

Rank 1 Upgrade: (in Foundation Upgrade Platform in Attributes)
An advanced upgrade to Amarr Outpost manufacturing capabilities. Gives an additional nine factory slots and increases the manufacturing time reduction on all Tech I ships to 60%
