What implant would go in slot 6 if you are using cruise missiles? I can see implants for hams and heavies but not cruise.

In slot 6 there's the Zainou 'Snapshot' Cruise Missile Implant (+5% cruise missile damage) and in slot 7 probably I'd go for a Zainou 'Deadeye' Missile Projection (+5% missile velocity).

That said, the implant choice depends on the kind of ships you are flying (race, size, meta) and what you want to do with it (pvp, pve, etc)

And targeting faster has only a meaning if you plan to snip frigates on the long - medium distance, but using missiles you are going to have "issues" in kiling them regardless of how fast you lock them or how close / far they are.

Even if you plan to use a gunnery based marauder, a motion prediction implant (+5% tracking speed) is in my personal experience better, since you waste more time killing small - fast targets, like frigates and the occasional low bounty cruisers, rather than BS-BC-Elite Cruisers.

5% is only going to matter in an extreme edge case

some mixed thoughts on implants, so dare i ask if someone would care to make a suggesstion for slot 6 thru to 10 for use on a golem pve mission runner

An Implant to shoot frigates at close range seems like a waste of isk and a slot. As a gunnery Marauder you would normally target the frigates first when they are long range, thereafter go for the larger ships. I recommend Dmg and RoF implants.

And when the frigates are too close you unlease your swarm of light drones at them.

You can sub that slot 6 for a crystal omega if you want to plug crystals into slots 1-5 as well, not that you really NEED that tank but if you want it without attracting undue attention to yourself crystals vastly improve your tank without being something you could drop as loot.

But really the best part about Marauders is the Bastion, can tank level 4s all day with a T2 tank.

Reality has an almost infinite capacity to resist oversimplification.

If your going PVE mission golem slot 6 should be crystal omega ( in my opinion a full High-Grade set ) and then occupy your booster slots with synth crash and blue pill to maximize tanka nd application vs small targets. Trust me its worth the cost

Kinda useless for auto targeting cruise missiles since you don't need to lock anything once you get agro.
