Automatic bounties on player pirates

How about CONCORD auto bounty pirates(players) depending on their -security.For example -5 =500mil -10= 1bill ech.ech
So low sec will spice up a bit Pirates go for easy/free kill on carebears but same time bounty hunters go after tthem.I think this will bring some life back to low sec.Bounties can be adjusted with type of ship pirate was using like frigates is 0.2 fo the bounty or something ALSO people cant claim same bounty for 30-60 days to avoid alts killing mains for free isk..Constructive responses only please.Idea

Oh, and do it yourself, quit asking for the NPCs to do it for you.

Idk about anyone else, but the first thing I can think of is that killing yourself becomes free money if they give every neg ten a billion isk bounty.

I can say as a player with about 3 billion bounty on me that bounty is a very serious thing and I literally don't ever undock anymore due to "bounty hunters."

Oh wait.

Now, that been said... No. This is just a horrible idea, that can be easily exploited.

Edit: Maybe not completely free ISK, but you are basically giving "insurance" for ganking ships. Probably, not what your intentions are.

Also, no one cares about bounties.

That's one of the worst suggestions I've heard in a long time. Once you're -5.0 or below, you're already fair game to anyone in highsec and low sec, to be engaged without consequence. Again... bounties are useless... (and while we're on the subject, so are killrights to someone that's -5.0 or below).

If some pirate touched you in a bad place I suggest you get a few friends and just go roam the part of lowsec where they base out of.
And if this happened in highsec, and you're a miner or something and got blown up, then just accept your place at the bottom of the food chain and move on.

Aside from that. How is a bounty supposed to spice up the life of bounty hunting in lowsec?

People with low sec status can be engaged anywhere in space to begin with. You don't need a bounty as encouragement. Just go shoot them for the fun of it.

Also, life back to lowsec? It's not dead now. It's alive and well.

I'd like to see bounties on players pay out once every 20 minutes, instead of instantly.

I can't help but wonder each time I go into a large battle how much those payouts contribute to lag.

Better yet, make every bounty paid out accumulate in an ESS that you can later claim in the form of Fedos.
