So in a scenario lets say... I use a Desto to hold hostage a miner to extort money and he doesn't pay so I blow him up... and CCP blow's me up.. will you replace my CCP destroyed ship?

This clause is pretty straightforward. If you should die while committing a crime or participating in an illegal activity, the insurance company can refuse to make a payment. This clause means that if you are killed while you are participating in a bank hold-up, your beneficiaries will not be paid. This clause would also apply if, say, you were hiking across private property without permission (trespassing) and had a heart attack; you guessed it: your claim could be denied.

CODE is just a bunch of pirates; smart, organized pirates. It doesn't help to rage at them because that is exactly what they want. Dust yourself off and get back on your feet, you don't even have to talk to them.

A true newbie doesn't know how to send you a killmail. Maybe doesn't even know what a killmail is. I think what newbies really need is knowledge, not ISK.

It's a nice thought, but one has to expect the trolling. Hell, I'm shocked it's not worse than it is already.

I think I've given probably 300m ISK out so far to newbros that we've blown up over in Brave space. I think we actually ended up giving one particular two week old guy close to half a bil, between the whole fleet, after we blew up his Thorax that he was using to loot rat wrecks behind a battleship that met a similar demise.

okay okay, I've been around since July 7 but I still consider myself new enough to earn 1 rifter, just so I can blow one more up.

You could look me up on battleclinic or zkillboards I guess. You can see I do like them rifters and I am still enjoying pvp, just sometimes I forget to check what ship I'm actually throwing myself at and get killed in 1 or 2 shots haha P

The biggest crime in Eve isn't Ganking, nor TeamSpeak singing, nor even AFK Cloaking, its leaving stuff in possession of a toon who is biomassed or on an account that will never be played again.
