Yesssss! I love it. Beautiful symmetry brought to an asymmetrical pile of crap. I can't wait until CCP wakes up and makes all asymmetrical piles of garbage into beautiful and stunning symmetrical designs. No one likes that crap and I'm glad to see there are other players that agree with me.

I for one like the Blackbird hull. I think maybe though there should be greater differentiation between T1 and T2 ships like the stealth bombers received instead of just a new paintjob.

I don't like the sketch... It's naive, has no connection at all to the Blackbird and probably took about thirty seconds to draw. It's just another generic spaceship with far too many concessions to the restrictions of atmospheric interaction and far too few to the naval scale we're dealing with.

Perhaps the Blackbird could do with an update, perhaps not... After all, it's not like you ever see one for long; contact with the enemy, foosh of venting atmosphere...

Thank you all for present ideas. logically not everyone has to like the sketch and I appreciate the links provided.

However, merely saying: "I would not, I do not like, no, no, no" is meaningless. this thread was created to review an improvement on the ship. Anyway, thanks for the comments are of the nature to be.

Just a detail ... this is a game ... these ships do not exist ... and maybe you can advise better than anyone what the hull is concerned.

If I can reply, since I feel called out, not really an aerospace one, but I happen to be an engineer with some basic knowledge in technical drawing.

I'll be simple - your design has no connection to the ongoing theme and style of the general Caldari spaceship design, and no reference to the current Blackbird, which actually looks like a neat little deconstructivist composition. Ergo, not good.

Also, on the topic of technical drawing - use a ruler and another assorted equipment when drawing elevations. Or, if you're going to make it freehand, don't use elevations but a perspective. In either case, I'd also suggest using a computer. Chicks dig computers.

Thanks for your comment, Leopold caine. That was a constructive comment. The drawing was done on a plane freehand. And I inform you all that the project is already in the computer. For when? I do not know, I'm watching tutorials sketchup whose link so kindly provided me Paranoid Loyd.Blink

  The perspective view is the end since I first have to take measures to implement the perspective ... or at least that's what I learned at the Institute of delineation. I understand that may be hard to imagine for the untrained eye to these three views the ship in full. For this I apologize. I will try as much as possible to finish the drawing you all can see the ship in condition. Thanks again for the links and comments.

sorry i think the drawing is pretty lame, a blackbird to me needs a wing span, the drawing to me resembles a dodo, squat and flightless
