From Japan, I can't log-in to the game server yet. Maybe DDoS or something wrong in their network nodes?

If it was a routing issue the information should be rerouted though different servers Per Protocol for all internet data. However there are other routing issues that can cause an issue if the server it self is not down the data will rout there and be trapped. US Saint louis just got fourms back 30 minutes ago even using proxys I could not get though to the site

That'll be because you can't read 'VIP mode'
