Some people couldn't connect for like 2 hrs before downtime. Then downtime was longer than usual so what the actual ****

Would you consider it fair if you logged in after massive connection issues that lasted for hours for thousands of people only to find that your enemy could connect the whole time, and had reinforced or destroyed a huge chunk of your infrastructure?

Thought not, hence VIP.

One question: As we are the customers of this product, should we not sign off Change Control when major change are made to it?

:-) Only asking , this is a multi million dollar international company , should they not invest in a Change Manager and ask the input of it's clients?

Best part of this thread is just seeing where some players are from. Europe/US/Aus not so interesting. But duders from Pakistan, Viet Nam, Turkey, Ireland... just shows how global the game really is.
