Tranquility in VIP Mode - Login & Connection Issues - 12/08/2014

Almost an hour now since the lights have gone dark, and about twenty minutes since I've been locked in the closet from my vicious kitten, I have now given him cat nip and a toy. I am now laying on the floor twitching due... CCP SEND HELP

Thank you. You would think with a Technical Issue, the forums conversation would be slightly more Technical and informative then bitching and moaning.

Side note/question. How long is VIP mode expected to last? I would suggest taking it off (if possible) within thirty minutes and see what happens. Most of the connections seemed to be stabilizing literally minutes before the reboot.

(on a related note, connexion from France has been working all morning, though some windows like the Character page felt sluggish)


The yahoo thing is normal. If you have something on your machine that redirects pages that kick back an error to yahoo, this will happen.

Just how busy is it currently there? you dudes shouting at other dudes over SKYPE or are you 'old-school' and using a telephone... you know that thing connected to the wall with the curly wirly wire to a handset?


We have these big red telephones with no buttons on them and curly wires that we shout into. Lol

it seem to be isp issue or maybe ddos attack and eve was put into reinforced , hope has eoungh stront.

still vip mode but launcher is functional . seem that eve works for poland now

Sydney Australia and the problem began 2 hours before DT. Not even Forum was accessible.

P.S. I had to talk to people, if I wanted that I'd go out and socialise......Evil

They'll be using the INOC-DBA system, probably - it's what you use for yelling at other network operators when the internet breaks. It's quite literally an old school secure phone system.

Been experiencing issues all morning (from Chicagoland in the USA) had no access to any EVE websites -- managed to get her by installing VPN and routing through Switzerland :; shrug :: Can at least confirm that w/VPN I can see that Tranquility has bene bounced and is in VIP mode.

Originally I connected in West Tennessee, but got connection error, and now getting Tranquility Not accepting Connections.
