The Tribal Republic has military and diplomatic needs; it also has social and cultural needs. The Lutinari Syndicate was formed with both the defence of the tribes and the nurturing of their cultures in mind, and is dedicated to melding these together into a cohesive strategy.

On the longer time frame, the Amarr Empire is a continued threat to our people. We do not know when or if they will come in great force, but we can certainly train and be ready for the day that this occurs. In the short term, pirates are another danger to our people. Fighting piracy is beneficial to the development of trade and industry in the Republic, and serves as useful training exercise. Along with the Electus Matari alliance, we maintain a comprehensive list of pirate groups active in the Republic.

But no matter what happens militarily, the Lutinari Syndicate believes that Matari cultures must continue and be passed from generation to generation. We are strongly interested in pilots raised in traditional Matari cultures who desire to work in a cross-tribal group and teach others. We welcome pilots who are interested in rediscovering their Matari roots. We include among our numbers non-Matari pilots who have aligned their paths with the clans and found their way working for the Matari people.

The Lutinari Syndicate is a member corporation of the Electus Matari alliance. EM itself focuses on establishing industry and order in Minmatar space (primarily Metropolis, Heimatar, and Molden Heath). Within that greater whole, our team focuses on keeping the region safe for industry in general and the Matari people in particular.

As a small team within the greater whole of the EM alliance, Lutinari acts principally as a close-knit community of pilots with shared interests. If you're new to combat we'd like to teach you how to fly your ship and how to take out pirates. If you're already established in your field we'd like to share ideas and tactics, learning from each other. Beyond the alliance reporting requirements, we do not have a lot of red-tape or regulations, and what structures we have are developed by the member pilots to serve their needs. We do have access to EM's services as well as its communities of pilots and networks of information. For those with the will and skill there are opportunities within the workings of the wider Electus Matari alliance.

We seek pilots out of their initial post-licence flying period who have an interest in Matari ways. We intend that all our pilots, whatever their areas of work, should be or become comfortable operating in low-security space.

Our interview process is as follows:
- You will be given one or two interviews to verify interest and character.
- You must pass a background/security screening.
