Wormholes

ISD disclaimer: This is in the wormholes sub-fourm because its to do with wormhole life and pos's and funny things. I took extra care not to post chat logs.

We rolled into our old friends VERTY and found a PoS with a Thanny unmanned, and 2 guys huffing gas in a venture and prospect. I have history with these guys, but we mutually shoot at each other and for the last 3 times we have shot their PoS for giggles. This time however, because the Thanny never got manned, we skipped to the end and started shooting the PoS because it had no ewar on it and only small/medium guns - rest were hardeners. As we contimplated normal abuse comments to each other Phil (OP German efficiency) guessed the password "420" and flew into the PoS.

Comms exploded. "Bump it" " Bump it" "check check get out the PoS before he realises" " Ping, ping now!"

Pinged for a pilot that could actually fly one. We started distracting the pilots with banter in local - I wonder if he noticed everyone shouting at him in local :S

2-5 minutes later a pod lands next to the Thanny \o/ "Warp, warp"

"Guys ... there's 2bil of sleeper loot in here."

GG Never NOT guess PoS passwords!

Anyone dumb enough to chill on a gas site while their POS is being raided doesn't deserve a Thanatos.

Also don't forget but pretty sure pos was misconfigured.

It was a fluke simply because people only joke about it being 420.
