One serious bid to start us off at 20b.

There seem to be two kinds of Nyx pilots for sale: the ones that are glorified sitters with half the skills needed, and the ones with 75m sp that are way more than needed and way more expensive.

This pilot has the skills, and the right clone, to actually fly a Nyx in combat, but does not have 20-30m extra sp that will cost you 10-15b more ISK.
