"You cannot perform that action as Amarr Control Tower is occuppied currently processing action: Anchoring Phase Inversion Battery"

There are no unanchored PIBs on grid, there are 4 anchored PIBs and i cannot unanchor them.

Any ideas?

Take all the fuel out of the tower, scoop it all up and start over?

CODE is just a bunch of pirates; smart, organized pirates. It doesn't help to rage at them because that is exactly what they want. Dust yourself off and get back on your feet, you don't even have to talk to them.

Well, actually, if the tower gets out of fuel, all of the modules will enter "Anchored" state by default. The only thing that needs to be done in this case would be to Online them all again when the fuel is re-added (much faster that unanchoring and picking up everything).

It's a good suggestion, but I'd start with clearing the cache.

If nothing works, submit a support ticket: http://community.eveonline.com/support/support-tickets/

It's server side bug then Smile Try the suggested workaround with offlining the POS (you can actually right click the tower and pick "Offline" instead of removing the fuel and waiting for up to an hour for it to offline itself). If that doesn't work, submit the support ticket under "Stuck".

This is a common bug, unfortunately.

It will correct itself after downtime.

Typically this issue will indeed resolve itself during downtime but if you submit a ticket in the 'Stuck' group and the 'Stuck Starbase Structures' then we may be able to resolve it without the need to wait for downtime.

If you do submit a ticket then please be sure to mention the location of the POS along with the types of modules that are bugged.

Did not try the offline procedure. I was afraid nothing would come back on.

Downtime resolved it.

Interesting that DT did resolved it. Out of around 50 POS standup's/takedown's I've seen this happen twice and DT over several days did not clear them. The fun part is that you usually don't find it until you are in a hurry to get the tower down.
