The Salvation of Hi Sec and all New Eden

All Hail Me,

I, James 3I5, Saviour and Lord Protector of all Hi Sec, and Founder of the New New Order, have come down to share my vision with you, my subjects, once again.

What Hi Sec needs:

1. Mining and Hauling ships need more EHP to give my Knights and Agents more challenge and fun. Currently, my servants risk bot aspirancy from the sheer ease of destroying unpermited tanks.
2. Hauling ships need faster align/warp speeds so as to cross space to my servants' permit insepction points faster, and larger cargo bays for greater confiscation of illegal goods.

What Eve needs:

The nerfing of Null-sec, the risk/reward ratio of null sec is broken, nothing but decadence. All the AFK ratters, carebear miners, F1 button fleet button pushers, all find their way to that slum, and rake in vast amounts of ISK, distorting Eve's economy, all with unholy safety and ease, as shown here:

As shown by CODE. and the character loyalanon, hi sec PvP is the elite PvP of Eve, therefore the carebears of my domain deserve more rewards for their greater risk, which will bring more people out of their life of utter bot aspirancy in null sec, to experience the wonder of emergent gameplay that is my kingdom.

This thread made me scared that someone might impersonate me since the letter "l" and "I" can look the same.What? I wonder if I can petition a name change so I don't get anyone impersonating me.
