I see state issue Raven on contract. Is this real? Only 6 exists in the game I believe?

Yes, it was an early Alliance Tournament prize. It has the highest applicable dps of any subcapital ship in the game, though I think for any logical scenario a Raven Navy Issue or Golem would be perfectly fine. I do like it's paint job though.

chribba selling similar tribal for 5 trillion so I guess 1.8 cheaper? only need 3.1999 trillion more.

The amount of PLEX listed in the contract adds up to about 2.2 trillion isk, so with the isk price it adds up to about 3.2 trillion.

I'm good friends with someone who used to own one, I think i still have the screenshot of it he let me take saved on my drive somewhere. Honestly I would pay an absurd amount of ISK to acquire one just to look at, same with the federation Megathron but im short changed at the moment after PLEX'ing several accounts and im saving up for a chameleon for after this years Alliance tournament.

Chameleons are soo OP

No, but such things as PLEX have a real-world cash value attached to them. A few seconds of simple math leave us with something around 60k $ for the Raven State Issue. The list of stuff you can spend 60 grand on you can compile for yourself :P Is the Raven, or the e-peen increase it embodies, worth it? You decide.

For me a complete waste of ISK. I could buy any character in the game cheaper. Also you could never unlock this ship in highsec. Within a minute after undock you would have 50 Tornadoes on grid. Even in nullsec your best buddies would pop it just to get on the kill mail.

I know people who wouldn't even blink at spending a few thousand dollars on a game so in that case buying a this ship might make sense.

Unless my math is wrong I calculate 64,000 USD.

That's counting a PLEX worth 750 mil ISK and 15 USD per PLEX. PLEX are closer to 17 unless on sale so my 64k figure is probably low..
