Better advice:

1) train catalyst alt
2) contact any Code agent
3) learn to gank, using minerbumping advice, advice from other gankers, and just experience (aka repeated failure)
4) become an official Code agent (it's pretty easy, minerbumping has a quick guide on becoming an Agent)
5) sell your own alts permits, and don't autopilot them
6) fly with Code or other gankers and have a blast blowing things up.
7) repeat step 6 ad ifinitum

And this is of course what you say to someone who is trying not be ganked.... as opposed to what the OP is about here, that being learning how to gank. In this particular case your advice is aimed at the wrong audience.
