Give this T3 ship an Afterburner bonus like tengu and legion (Fuel Catalyst ) that also gives a lot better agility, gallente armor brawlers must be agile to slingshot brutor minmatar kite boats ))

Also make the drone subsystem useful, add +25mb Drone Bandwith and give bonus to tracking and speed of all drones so people don't have OP ishtars with sick tank, in exchange remove the hybrid bonuses.

There are a bunch of t3 systems that could use some reviewing. Hopefully the t3 rebalance will somehow even out the field.

wait wait wait so we are suggesting giving the proteus 125mbs but heaven forbid the ishtar have it? Please tell me when you say nerf ishtar you really just mean nerf its ability to use sentries so well- because otherwise you would be suggesting make the proteus better at the ishtar's job which is basically negating the previous point of t3s "good at everything, master of nothing"
