As far as i can tell, Gallente have a pretty big French language influence to their naming system. I suppose you'd want to start with that Big smile! That's a start; there's obviously other language influences i just cannot think of them at the moment lol.

The in-game character creator. Select Gallente and your ethnicity and the random name generator will pick a Gallente name.

Another idea, the one I used, is to to select Gallente agents to display here: http://eve-agents.com/ . There is a near endless amount of names and you can take or derive your own from this.

I highly suggest this option specifically. You can even use it as an inspiration and take your own spin on the names.
