Mobile d-scan inhibitor - small tweak

Right now, if you try to dscan while within 30km of one of these deployables you get a tactical notification to say "dscan is being disrupted" or something along those lines. The dscanner itself does not update, meaning that whatever results you had displayed there before will stay there.

I'd like to see it changed to the following:

  1. tactical notification error message removed entirely
  2. d-scan refreshes, but only shows the mobile scan inhibitor plus things within the 30km radius

Reason: The inhibitor should act like a hard shell for "dscan radar". If you are inside, you can see everything that's inside with you but not what's on the outside. Just like how if you are outside, you can see everything that's outside with you but not what's on the inside.

Why? You want wormholes to become carebear space more than it already is?

I don't know whose post you read, but that's not at all what I got from OP.

What I want from this change is to increase the importance of situational awareness.

There should be no hand-holding error messages or game mechanics to tell you that your Dscan is being manipulated by a mobile scan inhibitor. If you don't notice the thing floating in space next to your ship then you fully deserve to get blobbed without having seen the blob on dscan beforehand.
