Remove local from nullsec.
Guaranteed ir will overshadow all current null problems.
Also will create lots of content for big corps, small corps, solo pilots and such.
additionally, New spawn mechanics should be applied to cynosural field jumps, but not for covert cynos.
This isn't really off topic, ISD, since it will greatly benefit wspace and is sure to bring plenty of newcomers.
♥ oh well, it was a nice try anyway ♥

I'm against your idea.
It would ruin the content created by people doing afk cloacking.

But seriously, you should have posted your stuff into Nullsec or suggestions.
Nothing to do with wormholes.

Remove local for x amount of time when you come from/through a WH. Twisted

That would create lot's of content. Maybe these null guys would start crushing WHs in their ratting systems then. Did anyone ever see null dudes protecting their ratting grounds by crushing WHs?

Ohai!

Ofc we can still remove null from wh subforum?
Oh wait! Except for Mr. Diadochu, maybe Sith...
And Mr. Jester.

But seriously, it has everything to do with wormholes, it's the only way THOSE GUYS would stop touching our already frail space.

I wouldnt mind if a pos module (preferably heavy in CPU )was required for a system to have a local.
That would give back an interrest to caldari pos.
Some people in big wormholes could online it up for fun.
People would fight to keep them dead/Alive.

OR .. Simple..

Let capsulers choose if they enable local or not with a button like safety.

Well Null sec occupants should remember the old saying.

Be careful what you wish for YOU might get it.

I am sure they would welcome the same "blessings'" they are wishing on us.

The ability to completely disrupt the core mechanism they use for all logistic and travel purposes, has it's attractions.

Just imagine block a and block b race towards X-whatever. Supers, caps, all in!

Block a arrives and sets up a killzone, block b is delayed by naughty wormholers popping out of their naughty holes and messing with the lovely Null/Ls Jump mechanics Blink with disruption deployables ( or even ship modules) , on the route, and block B finally jumps in with all it's combat ships and finds it's logi and combat ships scattered across a 500 cubic Km area sphere. What could possibly go wrong?

Ooops did we do that? Sorry.Lol

Edit Note I mentioned wormholes, and wormholers doing naughty stuff, so its all good and on topic? Right?

There is an easier way to do the whole "no local" thing for kspace

All station systems, local is present
All non station systems, no local.

This would apply to high, low and null.

You want local in null, drop an egg, else no local. Lowsec would get interesting and fights would happen more in these no station systems.

It is a permanent solution, as you could technically hide a force next door.

Yaay!!!!

The local issue will hopefully get tackled when the SOV fix happens... I don't see what this has to do with wormholes.

While I do enjoy a good AFK Cloaker thread, I do believe it's in the best interests of EVE's health to remove Local from SOV space.

Following established assumptions for w-space and transitioning them to 00 that would lead to risk-free farming all day long. Oh wait.

An idea I do support is: Players jumping into null from w-space don't show up on local. They show up in local when they either use a stargate, dock into a station, log off/on, etc etc.

Laugh, i imagine a blobby fleet and a FC saying "okay guyz we will jump in this stargate to enter our ennemy system.
THen, we will ALL go to a wh in it and go out just to get out of local".

Let's do this !
