All I want to see is, how many HUMAN beings are in possession of any (1 or more) accounts and not just the total number of accounts.

For years I have said that this "you need an alt for this, that and the other thing" looks like a scam to a lot of people. I can't even tell other adults I play Eve any more, and for one reason, it makes me look like a chump. A lot of people have come to the game and seen this deal where you need more than one account "just to survive" and they see that as a scam. Oh, you want to play? OK, but unless you want to be gank fodder, double what you pay us, at least. It does not matter if you think that's a scam yourself, or if you are for or against it, it's just what it looks like.

So there are two camps, one is silent and have said their very last and irrefutable word on the topic, that if you fall for this you are a chump. Where are those people? They left, and they don't come to these forums to get trolled by the other camp, the ones who put so much $$ into this racket that to let go of the "you need X number of accounts" mantra means the thought they might be chumps starts to creep into their heads, and that hurts their ego, so they push the mantra even harder. They'll call the ones who left all kinds of names, but they won't listen, they won't care because they left.


So this "number of subs" thing is BS in a game where a mantra of alts is pushed and held in high regard (by those with Stockholm syndrome or maybe just a case of autists gonna autist). I want to see the number of total human subscribers and compare that to the number of subs. I don't want exceptions paraded around either (ISBoxers and altaholics). Just show me the money.

22. Post constructively.

Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. Users are also reminded that posting with a lack of content also constitutes non-constructive posting.
