Procurer bonus is to shields...and NOW 50% drone damage/hitpoints bonus
Why can't this be a REALLY viable pvp boat- granted- against smaller ships
Even though I understand your preemptive hate toward this post- I'd like to see IF you were going to use one of these What would u fit? Im gonna try it out regardless.(even if just to run in/out of lowsec/wormholes)

There are many variations depending on what you are going to fight, but something like this:

[Procurer, PVP]
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II

Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
J5 Prototype Warp Disruptor I
Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I
Medium Shield Extender II

Small Unstable Power Fluctuator I

Medium Core Defense Field Extender I
Medium Core Defense Field Extender I
Medium Core Defense Field Extender I

This is GREAT! ok im on the right track. can you expand on the warriors? im gallente so using hobs. Thank you for the setup- gonna change out a few things and try that out!

Warrior II drones are the fastest drones so can catch even the fastest frigate.
While Hobgoblins are the ones with more damage are the slowest small drones.

Right but who in their right mind will think twice about sending their frigate to take out a mining vessel?

It's all situational, like I said. It's just a starting point. If you have intel on what you are trying to bait it gets easier. If not, you take a chance either way.

As for the 30mil price tag, you can change out the tech II stuff for lower meta gear to cheapen it a bit, but if you are worried about losing 30mil, you might want to buff your wallet a bit before you start, cause you will most likely fail until you figure out what you are doing.

Procurers can be good in a tight spot, like if you get caught by a hostile in a belt, but considering the Procurer's slow speed and minimal fitting options, it isn't really viable in any sort of protracted combat.

Skiff is better, but they do very well in PVP
