Adding new feature to corpses

Currently corpses are nothing but for collection in your hangar or cargo in your ship.

Why not expand it with a feature of impaling them and leaving them in space. Imagine the face of your enemys when they see the impaled corpses of their fellow members near their station. Or you can decorate your own station/pos/gate with impaled corpses of your enemys!

Ideas like this do not deserve to sink to page two without support.

Please CCP find a use for player corpses?!? You could for expample link it with the future ship coloring expansion. You need to collect different hair colors to unlock that particlar paint for example. Or use corpses in a rework of the booster system. Both boosters and corpses need some love.

Agreed. Putting corpses into the game was inspired, them having no purpose is a tragedy.

I'd like to mount them on the hull of my ship, like the Reaverized Serenity!

So, you're a bounty hunter. No, that ain't it at all. Then what are you? I'm a bounty hunter.

How often do you really look at a station zoomed in enough to see a corpse?

How often do you actually play the game zoomed in enough to see a corpse?

How often do you zoom in to the enemy ship close enough to notice an object the size of a corpse is attached to it?

Yeah people will totally zoom in to potentially spot a 2 meter long object that might not even be there...

This corpse will show on your overview unless specified otherwise. The new impaled corpse should have some distinguishable white lines/rectangulars/squares.

Leaving corpses in cargo containers just doesn't give that feel of despair.

I think they'll start to notice once the pile gets big enough.

That would mean they are indestructible or people will obviously destroy them.

Allow everyone to have their top 10 corpses in a trophy room in the captains quarters.

Then have these 10 corpses be listed on the player profile. Make the trophy corpses be able to be swapped out at anytime.

I am sure everyone would love to list the corpse of their arch-enemy.

Make the corpse link to the kill mail so each corpse becomes valuable depending on how and where it was obtained.

Sure. If they can be stolen back.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

My corpse, ugh, *collection* says hell yeah to that.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.
