Player driven content PLEX for features

Since this is a sandbox, the ultimate thing would be to let the players drive the content, trough PLEX.

Feature requests that receive a certain amount of PLEX should be implemented. CCP / players win / win.

I would gladly pay some PLEX for the jump effect optional feature for start.

Walk into the club like "What up? I got a big cockpit!"

That way everyone will have a more or less equal voice (sure alts, w/e) instead of the richest players being able to vote 4mil times (and crash plex market)

The richest of EVE should be able to change the content, its the same as ISK would be used to invest in researching new weapons, modules improvements etc... Eve is real, right...

The same amount of PLEX are coming into the game, but there are more and more uses for it to be taken out of the game. Combine that with speculation, and prices are going up quite significantly. Instead of having more uses for PLEX, let's try at least keeping it stable, if not reigning it in.

 Talk is cheap, but Void S and Quake L are cheaper.

That's the kind of attitude that has totally destroyed null-sec.. big alliance dictate policy, fast forward a year, everything sucks.

The devs already favor established players. We don't need to give the richest players voting power.
