Our corp is still working on getting more people into our wh,.

Until then, I've started to really enjoy solo mining: loading up with ecm, monitoring wormholes and types for safety. Waiting for that single C1 wh in system that is prime time to mine, and doing small 2-3 man fleets with other mining ships.

By the sound of it, with more wh connections and changes, seems like it's going to be the end of this? Constantly getting new wh and more unpredictability with many more chances of getting pvp roamers...

Most people will say it's a pvp game with other people, but i love the feeling of getting jumped, activating ecm, hauling out and narrowly escaping a group of roamers in my skiff/procurer.

Maybe we could see an "Expedition Exhumer"?

If you want to be able to escape, just use Prospects. If you're paying attention, you have enough time from the hole sig showing up to when someone would land on you to warp out.

More connectivity just means that you have to pay more attention. Also if you're using a Skiff or a Proc, you can pretty easily kill any fast and light tackle (read inty/SB) and still get out. If it's a dictor, you're ****** either way.

Yeah, prospects are nice, just cuts down on yield to slightly above a venture.

Would be nice to see one pretty much just like the prospect, but with the ability to put on a t2 strip miner and slightly larger ore bay.

PvP wise though, just looking to be able to have a barge level ship with a higher chance to skillfully escape, not become invulnerable. This is based on the assumption that the update will make things much more difficult to evade.

There're tradeoffs everywhere in eve, less yield is a trade off for almost 100% safety and escape. You just need to decide if that's worth it.
