Awoxer does multiple of those 4 things to a corp, after fooling lazy recruiters into giving him corp membership.

And it restores some of my faith in gamers coming to EVE, when a new one understands exactly what EVE is about and where the blame for negligence rightly belongs.

You have to train up Forum Interfacing. It allows you to deploy one additional like per level.
