I know my limitations depending on what ship I'm in. You asking me to fight 20 guys in a single worm is a bit ludacris. Now if I could actually get the people online at the times I want I guarantee your RvB fleet of assorted junk would end up very much like this fight went with uni also another fleet of assorted junk:

I find little difference between new pilots and experienced pilots in this game as far as ship ability goes. I value a pilot who doesn't need an FC to hold his hand however and can free fly and do their own thinking. I only look at the ships and their capabilities. For example I'm pretty sure a maxed skilled pilot and a nub in an atron will both pop in under 5 sec, and as nothing else on the field matters since it can't hit us (sig reasons) nothing else will matter. Remove the tackle and pop everything else.

That whole leeroy scram frigates onto a target tactic that everyone depends on, so the blob can MWD F1 approach doesn't work on UMAD. I tell anyone who flies in any of my fleets if you fit a MWD you will die in a blob setting. The ones that don't listen usually inevitably die.

Not recently, IVY League has lost the recent battles. RvB is no longer a new player corp of just frigs, a lot of people don't seem to notice that. They fly what they want even vs each other.

we're so off topic here I might as well take the opportunity to point out that EUni has made giant strides pvp wise recently. This most recent war (we have one once a year or so), they went toe to toe with us and gave as good as they got. It was epic and the most fun either corp had had in a war.

I should ask them if they want to join us in fighting the mercs ;P

Ask them they already have a perma war up from us (118B damage done):

and that's just the latest war with them.

They have pretty much given up on fighting us and instructed their members to not engage us without a proper anti-UMAD blob. I do miss the days when we would go to Aldrat with a 5 man fleet and fight their 40 man gangs.

I would have no problem with cheastbeating as long as the people doign were doing it in a relevant position to the topic. That means not in an NPC corp neither from the depth of 0.0 where they have never been i na fight with less than 50 people.

So much that I did not answer negatively to any RvB member, because they are here fighting so they deserve the right to say whatever they want, because we and them can bring up the actions to the level of the words.

But peopel accusing others of being cowards.. while themselves re hiding behind an NPC corp .. that is the most pathetic lowest ground you can be.

We have been in Feroxes and T1 logi fighting battleships and neutral Guardians and the like......even shipping down to get fights.

We have seen that. We do not deny that RVB is tryign to get fights. But yesterday when you guys droped to t1 cruisers, I was the only one in our alliance online (not our prime) and solj was listening on TS. Woudl not be anythign but a waste of time to come in 2 against 30 with several logis.

Not saying your way of fighting is not correct. Just hat we are not goign to get into fights we have 1/5th the DPS that your logis can repair... or things like that.

I didn't bother reading this entire thread because most of you probably didn't have anything important to say. However, as one of the guys that did the actual shooting, I have to ask, if Mercs can't deliver, do they have to give back the isk?

The war is almost over, and I think the count right now is +6 POCOs to RvB, a POS down, a POCO in reinforce, a POS in reinforce, a 3:1 KB (since KBs are god and all that), and a Tora Bushido corpse. So, Galactic Skyfleet should probably get their isk back because the Mercs are running out of time to take or defend POCOs!
