Hi,

We are a corporation that begins to grow in HS. Therefore, we are increasingly wardecked and we are looking for a militia to defend ourselves. Pay will be received even if there is no wardeck but we want a quick response if we are attacked.

We are located close to Sobaseki in Caldari empire. A close presence is required.

If you are interessed by the offer, you can join me in game.

50 pilots is a lot of derptrons, man-up and go fight them yourself. You dont need help, you only need the will to fight for what you own. If you dont have the will, you do not deserve what you have built.

Just sayin' mercs are not the answer and neither is posting here as you have now proclaimed that you are not willing to fight for what you have built and have more or less painted a larger bullseye on your corp then the one that was already there. Blink

I hope you like paying billions to mercs with a downpayment then. Otherwise people will just continually wardec you until you learn to shoot back and give them a bloody space-nose. The joys of highsec.Roll

Are you trying to say that you will pay Caldari to sit around in HS system and kill Gal mil?

They do that for free in a system called Dodixie.

Really? The guy said he doesn't want to PVP and you think he is in FW?

To me it seems more like OP is asking for a PvP corp to partner up with. Seen more than a few indy corps that have a PvP sistercorp.

Just have your CEO make an alt and create a corp that gets fed (paid) those derpatrons mentioned. Get someone who have at least some PvP experience and put newbies in those cheap ships and have them out do stuff for fun and I'm sure you'll get a handful of pilots.

Get on Comms, or die typing.

Why is there so much hostility towards people who want to focus on making money through industry? The beauty of this game is that it's player run. What's the point of a merc corp if there aren't corps like this paying them? On a second point, what if they would fight back, but those who are attacking them are strictly PVP and have much more advanced ships? I keep seeing people throw out the "just fight back" and "if you want to pretect your stuff you'll fight". It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if your corp, regardless of what type of corp you have, is being attacked by players that have access to much better ships as well as more financial backing, the smaller corp will never catch up to them in terms of fighting strength. That and as an industry corp it is not profitable to completely change your focus to combat when so much time is put into industry.

It reminds me of that episode of American Dad where Stan bullies Steve to "make him stand up for himself". Steve says he can just make money and pay people to deal with these types of problems, but Stan kept saying that paying for your problems isn't how a true man deals with problems. Steve them hires a guy to beat the crap out of Stan, who stops bullying him.

Moral of the story; you may not always be strong enough to win your battles, but you can pay someone to win for you. The end result is the same.

If that doesn't mean anything to you then I leave you with this. It's a game mechanic set within the framework of EVE; get over it.

Well my friend, if you don't like PVP, then you are very obviously playing the wrong game.

Might I suggest Elite: Dangerous.

It's an excellent space game that frowns upon PVP.....It might be more of your speed.

Because you want to play EVE in a vacuum where no one really bothers you and you're free to line your pockets without any real risk or work. That sort of mentality is literally the AIDS that is rotting this game from the inside (thx for that line, Grath!).

The beauty of this game is that it's player run.

For when you get dec'd by a bigger fish.

Hence the point of merc corps. may not always be strong enough to win your battles, but you can pay someone to win for you. The end result is the same.

And if I want to wardec an Indy corp and camp them for 6 months until they close I can do that, too, Get over it.

Fixed the errors in the original for you.

If you cannot defend yourselves against some piwates you should not be in high sec by yourselves. High security space is the most dangerous place in Eve with it's mechanics. You would almost be better running out of some low sec pocket and paying a Jump Frighter service to move your stuff out after you build an entire JF load.

You should do this, it's his speciality. Be polite, you don't want to be on his shitlist.

Whoever you hire, take the opportunity to introduce your members to PvP, if the people you hire are willing to FC for you even better. The Derptron as above or the Cockbag Thrasher are cheap and punch way above their weight when in force. You may find some of your guys enjoy it and/ or are good at it.

As an industrialist corp you will get wardecced, especially if you advertise it in your corp description, corpmates/friends that enjoy PvP are the kind of people you need to know.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
