By using the time you would spend guarding holes and bashing POSes to look for other content. Evictions produce content in one big burst, but reduce overall content over time leading to a net decrease in content.

Also if you're evicting and claiming you're "just doing it to do get a fight" that's absolute bullshit because even if they fight they're still getting evicted. The only exception I've seen to this are the wargames HK, SSC, and whoever played that one time.
