Of all the things to go over your head, I can almost believe that was one of them.

Poll results being notably more effective in Eve than lots and lots of guns. Roll

Your game (my game, his game), not the game. Presumably because it's fun on account of this being a game.

1) How does Goonswarm maintain influential control over the entire game?
2) What drives them to destroy the game?
3) Why are they unstoppable?
4) Why can't all the powerful alliances team up and end Goonswarm once and for all?
5) How does one kill a Goon?

1) Their leader actually has a leadership team who he listens to and utilises them to do their expertise and makes decisions based on what they report. That and they have a logistics wing that is larger than most alliances. Also, a lot of players to jump into a lot of fleets to supply a lot fo guns.

2) They aren't anymore, they became the game. They came to save EVE from the stagnation of the Elite pvpers by showing everyone that 1000 average players in tech one ships with a good leadership team can beat out a couple of hundred of high skillpoint players in bling boats. This is the group of players who before dominion sov uprooted all that they owned to win the POS war in Delve.

3) Because they are organised.

4) Because it isn't in their best interest. Null sec in its current form encourages a system of ownership more similar to countries than principalities.

5) I personally don't hunt goons but I would imagine they die pretty much like everyone else. Inside the game I would recommend that you take your favourite combat ship and just keep hunting until you get unlucky. I prefer Amarrian ships since the lower ammunition barriers mean for longer ops if you are RPing a behind the lines op. If you set up a base of operations in lowsec or null you could use anything you like. Also take probes so you can scan out wormholes while bored.

Ever since I've heard of EVE, the most terrifying tale is that of Goonswarm.
After looking up their history, they had two Great Wars with an alliance called Band of Brothers, which was defeated. After that, CFC was born.
They seem to have their roots in the Something Awful forums. I've paid a visit there and no post seems to make sense. All their content seems to be primarily composed of stupidity, racism and homophobia. Their fleet is also made out of reckless players that have no moral qualities whatsoever. And now, I'm telling you, CFC: do you really want your alliance to be that low? An alliance represented by trolls and the lowest scum the Internet has seen? You are better than that!
Now, I want to initiate a lil' poll. Who disagrees with Goonswarm and who doesn't?
Gevlon?

Honestly, I heard more racism in 2 weeks in Darwins Lemmings than I've ever heard since I've been in the CFC, so it sounds remarkably like you're talking out of your ass.

I'll give this a shot though.

1. By causing people like yourself to post rants, making sure that nobody ever stopped talking about them.
2. They... don't? They play the game like anyone else. If anything more improvements have come from goons pushing for change than anywhere else, even at the detriment of goons. Seriously, go check.
3. Because they play for fun. So even if everything go stripped away, there'd be thousands of players in T1 frigates blapping people all over the place.
4. Their complete inability to work together effectively. All of them will want to be "da boss" so they usually collapse. When they don't collapse themselves, we give them a little nudge. Besides, the biggest groups in this game (CFC included) understand that the other groups are needed to keep content alive, so they have no incentive to make their members incredibly bored by removing their enemies.
5. Fit guns, fly to VFK.

Posting in a grrr goons thread.

Answers to all the questions: Because Goonswarm is the best alliance to be in if you are an EVE player and want to have some fun. I have been in several alliances and in Goonswarm i have the most fun. Well organised, much room to do your own thing, and lots of nice people.

I have another question.
What makes PL or NC better than Goonswarm?
They have more space.
They have more renting space.
They took more moons from lowsec people.
They drop more supers and capitals on lowsec cruisers than any one else.

What is better NCPL or Goonswarm.

Respect and trust are two very differing qualities, one though is much more prevalent in Eve than is t'other.

Very proud to state that I ahve an abundance of both with the Goon friends that I have made in game. Genuine nice guys and they have been there for me in times of need.

Far too much Bullsh!t and disinformation on these forums, does makes me wonder as a non-Goon as to just what the fear is that all the propagandist seemingly harbor and then drives them recklessly over here en-masse to engage in these sh!tposting marathons.

2: They have nothing better to do
3: Mass numbers
4: It's like asking the planet earth to stop fighting. Everyone has a personal agenda. CCP won't let it happen.
5: Numbers
