All I have to say is OPSEC! It's not an OPtion, it's OPSEC and should be "on" by default. The line that an FC needs to announce streaming or no streaming is BS. If you keep trying to dump responsibilities for things that should already be known on the FC then you end up with 15 minutes of disclaimers at the beginning of each fleet. This results in those who have been around for a while getting flat out sick of it. How would you like to hear the following in every fleet, then have to wait for the one guy who couldn't be arsed to prep and plan ahead of time to then go through getting all that stuff resolved while the other 30 ppl wait on him?


Okay, no streaming in this fleet because we don't want the enemy to know what we're up to, no fapping to porn because we need people to pay attention in fleet, no sausage pizza because it makes you hard to understand when your ignorant ass is trying to talk on TS with a mouth full of sausage. Now everyone check that you have push to talk on because voice activation is unreliable and the rest of us don;t want to hear your sniffles, grunts, farts or your mom calling you for dinner time.

But, FC, this is a "Turtle Beach" headset and I didn't spend 200 bucks to not use the GREATLY reviewed voice activation properties, it's the whole reason I bought this....

NO, you can't use the friggin voice ac, because it flat out doesn't work and pisses off many people. If I have to choose between offending you, or pissing off 20-100s of alliance members and losing the objective you can just GTFO right now. Now shut up and get into the staging POS.


Than by the time that's all done the FC is just now getting to lay out his plan, or pick up where he left off earlier. Meanwhile, the objective is changed or gone all together. in addition to that, this is about the time the ADD and ASP kicks in and everyone starts their own convos across fleet chat again shitting up the command's intel chat trying to plan and provide content...

Do you understand why fleet coms exist now, and why it means total silence,and more specifically why you shouldn't ever dump responsibilities onto the FC past finding fights, engaging & getting the ppl home safely if possible?
