Any recent rebalncing to T3 cruisers?

Last I checked, Tengu was God, and every other T3 cruiser was considered sub-par. Has anything changed in the last couple of years?

Webbing loki, neuting Legion, point Proteus are all excellent ships.

God of carebearing? Probably.
For everything else... not so much.

Legion: Neuts, range dps with beams, cloaky-scan-tackle with lots of ehp
Proteus: insane dps with blasters, long range point., cloaky-scan-tackle with lots of ehp
Loki: long range webs, looks like a scrapyard, cloaky-scan-tackle (with almost no ehp)
Tengu: ECM, carebearing

Tengu got hit hard by the HML nerf. Otherwise there haven't really been any changes.

Tengu kinda needs HAMs these days if it wants to apply damage, people being dickheads and warping alts in in armageddons <.<

Rail Tengu is a viable and some entities have it in their doctrines.
