So since this thread started several weeks ago, the OP has more or or less recived the money he was originally asking for. OP also states himself somewhere that he was given 3 plexes.

Then why is he still asking for the same sum of money that he did on the first day?

I needed 4 toons, Tychus started me out with 1 of them, the Orca Pilot, I am still working towards the other 3 mining pilots. In the meantime the Orca pilot is mining with my original 2 to help increase my production rates and I am running L4 missions. I could have bought another character but I am paying Tychus back the money I owe him.

It is all very confusing when it suddenly appears that you already had an undisclosed investor for... 3 bn?.
Or, was that 2.4 bn loan made before you made the first post? I read it as he gave you the loan 1 week ago, and noone that reads this thread have a clear overview of all this

Pro tip: public investors like that things are transparent and explained well to them.

If I were you I would have closed the first thread as that money came in, then started a new one explaining your situation better - if you still want more money.

He gave the loan the day the thread was started, he just didn't post on here. And there is a 2 week delay in my repayment plan, per my post. Nothing is hidden, I stated from the get-go that I had someone pay for the orca toon. Talking in scc chat it was mentioned that I should have him post on the thread.

No collateral = to much Risk.

People tend to ask for loans and give collateral because they don't want to loose they belongings.

For what it's worth this guy does appear to do mining and has a regular and fairly significant income, he is working on contract for me. I am not securing any loan he makes, nor do I have any desire to loan him the isk personally but I can confirm that he is doing mining and that he will be able to repay a loan of this size, should he choose to.

So you earn 500m a day and ask for 2.4b loan.

Or you could just work 5 days and be done? I do realize it is per character but according to your thread you need 3 more so that means 15 days.

Do I really have to say how odd this sounds?

You are forgetting that there is a deadline. The sooner I can get a character the sooner it can be up and mining. If everyone had given me a loan on day I first asked I would be able to have 10 accounts by now if not more. If I get another account created today. In two weeks it can start mining and I might be able to eek out another extra account before the deadline. If there was no deadline there would be no need for this thread. As I continue to play and learn more, there are more things I want to do. I added on a Frieghter account to the list of toons I want to make, It wasn't there originally, but now I need one due to the volume I am producing. There is the whole industry side of things, I could use characters to start producing items, there are so many options I want to explore but I want to maximize the savings of 50% of 6 months of game time.

I want 3 accounts so far stated in this thread, more would be nice. That is a total of 7.2b. And I currently have a debt of 2.64b. Nearly 10b. or 20 days of mining. I have to spend 12 hours with my current 3 toons to mine 500m a day. The more characerters I get the less time I have to spend mining to make the same amount. OR I can mine the same amount of time and increase my yield by that much more. But I am still limited by the factor of the deadline for the sale.


Also, I lost 900m transporting my wares to a hub. I learned a hard and valuable lesson. It will take me 2 days to recover from that kind of loss. But If i was a normal trader, that would have been future income out the door due to reduced capital. It does not affect my capacity to earn more isk. My income is not hurt, I will still be making my payments on time.

Logistics

I have been mining since the start of this post with 2 characters, I have been averaging an income of 200m a day in ore. I have found a purchaser for my wares and have a steady income stream. At the time of this edit my Orca pilot is able to start mining as well which I am projecting will increase my daily yield to 275m and will continue to grow as skills get fleshed out.

*UPDATE*
I am now averaging a yield of 500m a day. Repayment plan has been adjusted to fit the new income levels.

A lot of people might comment and say 'Why not just wait until you mine the ore and buy the characters yourself. The answer is Time. There is a deadline on the Power of 2 Special, and the sooner I can get an account created the sooner I can make ISK to get another.

You have proved nothing, what we have is one poster that states they have received 2,4 principal back from you, and another person has received a week's interest. The person that claims to have received principal back is not known from any other public investments.

So what is it going to take to prove myself? I have paid back 1 person the money they loaned me (they declined interest) and am making payments on another loan. I have 2 weeks left before the Po2 special ends.

You should be able to create another two characters from your mining income alone in the next two weeks? Subcontract your freightering out to Red Frog and you're sorted.
