Sorry, but no one will give you money for free.
You have to give more information on what you are planing to do with the money. You will have to offer either colleteral or a high interest rate.
And what bugs me the most: Your character was freshly traded. This all smells fishy.

edit: Why dont you ask people in your new corp for a loan? 1b shouldn't be much for WH residents.

As violett said you need more information in loans, how u intend on paying back, what your going to be trading in, why should we invest with you, what experience do u have.
