I never said that I was CCP nor am I implying that I am a representative of CCP but I am merely quoting the from the EULA the exploited game mechanic that must be fixed to insure that the Freighter Pilot has the ability to employ other options other than self destructing the freighter, ejecting and abandoning the freighter, having the freighter destroyed by the gank or purchasing a permit in order to escape from being ganked.

All of these actions do violate the Freighter piltos right to enjoy the game based on EULA 16.

Freighters never were, are not now, and will never be ships for the solo pilot. If you need to fly one, then you need a friend in your corp. Or an alt in your corp. Or an enemy in your corp - though I don't particularly recommend that last one. You need someone who will web your freighter during alignment so that it can warp off to an off-grid safe spot in a reasonably timely fashion.

Don't complain because a group of players are capitalizing on the weaknesses of your ship that you aren't compensating for by flying it the way it was meant to be flown.

You forgot a option in your list. it's called "friends" or even "alts" and using these weird new tools like the "starmap" to avoid warping a hauler into a hot spot. I've even heard tales of some freighter players actually using "friends" in combat ships to assist them and escort them.

I have said it before, and I will say it again. Friends are clearly OP, and CCP should nerf friends.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

You don't really believe that using this trick is how it was meant to be, do you?
You can fly a freighter solo. Almost everyone does it, most of them know what they are doing. Even I let my slaves sometimes fly my freighter solo.

Cloaky freighters? Can i get a NOPE

Something that big, slow, and is basically a flying cargo bay with engines does not have the ability to facilitate an advanced device such as a cloaking device. Also you said jump freighters were too expensive, well these would probably cost you the same if not more,

bad idea please never speak of this again

Whilst travelling with a freighter between the trade hubs there are not a lot of options where using scouts would help as there are always hotspots.
And while I sympathise with your concerns, Ganking for profit is a valid playstyle that many use to fund other activities or just because they enjoy it.

CCP naturally will atempt to keep the predators from making the prey extinct or the prey overrunning everything, but micromanagement is not really their concern in a sandbox.

If you feel the balance is wrong, it is probably better to attack that directly, a cloaked freighter, would gain no advantage as it could be bumped either way, if you see a whale and you are 5 feet away from it you can still throw the harpoon quite effectively.

The only current mechanics to reduce your risk are to use a webbing alt, to reduce time on gate, travel with friends who bump the bumpers, or simply keep the profitability for gankers low.

Remember it is not neccessary to run faster than the bear, just quicker than your companions.

I'm a particular fan of the bear and whale analogies, very well said
