If by recently you mean since the introduction of smart bombs and battleships to eve, then yes recently.

Otherwise, about the only recent change was from rokhs to apocs and that's about it.

I love the death and destruction waiting for the naive in Rancer, I still remember vividly the quick death that came to me and my frigate years ago while I was still exiting warp. I was dead and podded before I even knew what hit me. As an EVE player it was enlightening. That said, one guy controlling 8-10 apocs is lame. Back in the day I used to roll around solo in my smartbomb rokh in my alliance's 0.0 territory. It wasn't the greatest plan in the world and it was rather unproductive, but at least I wasn't rolling with 8 accounts and 8 apocs in Rancer.

Yeah my bad didn't realize going past page 1 in the forums is like taking a time machine into EVE's past. Also I saw this guy operating like this less than two weeks ago.
